Children are effective learners

The second Desired Result (DR 2), Children are effective learners, describes the typical sequence of behavior that children demonstrate as they develop cognitive skills. DR 2 includes four Indicators:

• Learning (LRN)
• Cognitive Competence (COG)
• Math (MATH)
• Literacy (LIT)

The four Indicators are divided into 20 Measures.
