These DblSd versions are designed for a printer that supports automatic or manual duplex printing. See your printer manual for help or use our single-sided kit with labels.

Kit contents:
1 page of instructions, 10 pages of Measure cards, an optional page of child anecdotal note cards, and 6 pages of labels.

Supplies needed:

• 12 sheets of card-stock paper
• 6 sheets of Avery #5395 Name Badge Labels
• Scissors or a paper cutter to cut the cards
• A hole punch to punch each card
• A key ring to keep the cards together

Optional accessories:
A neck band or key chain to hook to the key ring for easy access.

Kit contents:

 PRINT CARDS AND LABELS
mini-measures cards print on card-stock.
mini-measures labels print on Avery #5395 Name Badge Labels.
To print in black and white, please use the “BW” versions of the two documents.

 PRINT CARDS
mini-measures Double-Sided cards are designed to print duplex on card-stock.

To print in black and white, please use one of the “BW” versions of the kit for best readability.

Important: printer settings must have “Page Scaling” set to “None” when printing both documents.

 CAREFULLY CUT CARD PAGES ON DASHED LINES
A paper cutter can make cutting much faster.
Collate Measure cards in numeric order with Desired Result divider cards in front of each color group (ie. blue divider card in front of blue Measures, orange divider card in front of orange Measures, etc.).

 PUNCH DOTS WITH A HOLE PUNCH

 ADHERE LABELS TO BACK OF CARDS
The Measure definition is on the left page facing the Measure levels on the right. Begin by adhering the Measure 1 label on the back of blue Desired Result #1 divider; Measure 2 label on the back of Measure 1 card, and so forth, so that facing pages describe the same Measure.

 BIND CARDS WITH A KEY RING
Also called "book rings" or "loose-leaf rings". Use one that is at least 1 inch.
