The Manual is the full version of the instrument, including detailed instructions, descriptions of adaptations, the Information Page, and the Rating Record. The 39 Measures are presented with the Descriptors for the four developmental levels running from left to right across the page and examples under each level.

The Information Page and Rating Record are required for reporting DRDP results for each child. The Information Page records the child’s demographic Information. The Rating Record records the number corresponding to the child’s highest level of mastery for each Measure.
