Reasons for Update
Over the past few years many revisions have been made to the front content of the Desired Results Developmental Profile access Manual. We now offer you the ability to swap out the obsolete portion of your printed manuals with the new version of the complete front section. Remove all old forms to prevent any potential use.
Some major changes include:
- Rewritten Adaptations descriptions
- State mandated changes to the Ethnicity/Race questions on the Information Page
- Changes to the Child's Language, Disability, and Program Information questions and instructions
- Data submission changes
- The DRDP assessment system has been renamed as the "DRDP access Assessment System for Preschool Special Education"
Instructions for Printing
- Choose which file (Single-Sheets or Facing-Pages) you prefer to print and download the PDF file.
- Print the PDF on a black and white or color printer, or bring the file to a print shop.
- If tabloid-size pages have been printed, staple pages in the middle and fold pages in half. The single-sheet document can be stapled at the top left.
- Remove the old pages from your manual and insert the new version!
Single-Sheets or Facing-Pages?
Your choice depends on your printer. If your printer has the option to print double-sided "tabloid" pages (11" x 17"), you should be able to print the "Facing-Pages" version and create a booklet-style insert. The downloaded file can be taken to a print shop that has capability to print tabloid, staple, and fold the booklet. Alternatively, the "Single-Sheets" version can be printed on standard 8 ½" x 11" paper, single-sided or double-sided, on a black and white or color printer.
Facing-Pages: print on 11" x 17" tabloid-size paper. Print it double-sided and fold down the center to create a booklet.
Single-Sheets: print on 8 ½" x 11" paper, single or double-sided.
