Find DRDP Records
A Guide for Administrators, Teachers, and Data Entry Clerks
The Special Education Desired Results System, or SEDRS, is a secure online database for assessors and administrators to upload, enter, and review assessment data from DRDP Information Pages and Rating Records. This guide will help you find and search DRDP records for preschool special education.
To best use this training guide, go to the SEDRS website, www.sedrs.org and follow along.
After logging into your SEDRS account, you will be taken to your home page.
Click Find DRDPs to begin a search for records.
Note: This is the home page for a Teacher account; your home page may differ in appearance, but these directions are still applicable.

For a search of all records, select the Assessment Period that you would like to view from the drop-down menu.
Click Search.
Leave all other fields blank.

The search results will show all records entered, including records that are “Complete” or “In Progress.”
Click on a child’s name to view the DRDP record, edit information, or continue entering data.

On the Check and Confirm page, you may view the DRDP Information Page and Rating Record, edit information, or continue entering data.
Click on the section heading to edit any section of the Information Page or Rating Record.
When finished, click Accept at the bottom of the page to save the record.

Users can also search their records by these criteria:
- Student Last Name,
- Student ID,
- SSID,
- Status, or
- Data Quality
If you did not get the results you were looking for, try a new search.
Be sure to sign out when you have finished your SEDRS session to ensure that your data is secure.
